We want the Community Garden to be a place of welcome, healing, and shalom to the Lyndhurst, South Euclid, and surrounding Hillcrest area. Goals for the garden include inviting the community to a place where they can thrive, grow their own food with earth friendly practices, and have an opportunity to form and nourish relationships. We also see this as a great opportunity for both South Euclid and Lyndhurst residents, members of the same school district, to garden together.

The garden officially opened in May of 2022 with a formal ribbon cutting ceremony and 11 rentable plots. We expanded to 20 rentable plots in 2023. In 2024, under new ownership, the community garden was renamed Ridgebury Community Garden.
